About ATI

ATI.SU is the leading B2B platform for logistics and freight transportation across CIS countries.

463,756

participants (shippers, carriers, forwarders)

73,968

trucks

72

tenders per week

These numbers highlight the scale and activity of the platform, meaning users work with massive amounts of data that are difficult to analyze manually.

Problem

In logistics, a critical challenge is quickly and reliably evaluating partners.

In interviews, risk managers and sales reps reported spending up to an hour collecting and cross-checking data across multiple registries and databases before making a decision.

Goal

Design an interactive relationship visualization

Quickly reveals connections between companies, founders, and contacts

Reduces manual analysis from 45 minutes to 5–10 minutes

Provides sales and risk teams with actionable insights and “warm leads”

Solution

Design an interactive tool that visualizes complex company connections as clearly as a map — enabling faster checks, smarter sales, and risk prevention.

See the big picture, dive into details on demand

Not just the feature, but the design thinking behind it: complexity into clarity, applied advanced UX patterns, and ensured scalability.

Companies are represented as cards instead of abstract dots → each card displays key data (rating, location, registration number, number of recommendations and complaints) so users can make decisions without leaving the map view.

Direct ties (strong): Clones, Related companies, Founders.

Indirect ties (weaker): Head, Phone, Email.

Progressive exploration: users can start from closest connections and expand to 2–3 levels, with smooth transitions that preserve spatial context.

Interaction details:

  • Hover highlights one company and its network while dimming the rest.

  • Navigation controls let users return to the initial company.

  • Zoom in/out.

  • Expand to full screen.

  • Export the current map as PDF.

Impact & advantages

Better user experience drives business growth

"It used to take an hour to check a new company, now just a few clicks."

“The map uncovers hidden connections and helps us quickly evaluate partners.”

Impact on users

Verification time dropped from 45–60 minutes → 7 minutes per company.

Sales teams: +30% more “warm leads” identified through indirect connections (shared phone/email).
