Context
Regional operators of gambling platforms faced a recurring issue
🚩 Any interface changes (new promos, layout adjustments, A/B tests) required developer involvement.
🚩 This created delays of several weeks, slowing down time-to-market.
🚩 In a highly competitive industry, operators needed to adapt content instantly across regions, channels, and player segments.

As a Senior Product Designer, my challenge was to create a tool that empowers operators to manage interfaces independently: fast, intuitive, and flexible.
